We are approaching the finale of siuuuuu 100, so from here on it's the very best moments of the season. The very best goals, matches, and teams. We have some unbelievable goals and matches today, so you're going to want to keep your eyes peeled.
20: Frankfurt 5-1 Bayern
Bayern's terrible domestic campaign can be summed up perfectly with this result. Dino Toppmöller's Frankfurt absolutely thrashed Bayern 5-1. Now Arsenal fans can have some comfort. (Bayern beat Arsenal 5-1 twice in the 2016/17 Champions League knockout rounds, for those who didn't know.) In the first half, Frankfurt scored via a volley from striker Omar Marmoush. They doubled their lead after some brilliant skill by midfielder Dina Ebimbe. They TRIPLED their lead when Hugo Larsson faked past Upamecano and slotted the ball into the bottom corner. Bayern pulled one back before the interval from a brilliant strike by Joshua Kimmich, but in the second half Dina Ebimbe added another goal, and Ansgar Knauff's goal was allowed after a VAR check. This was one of the wildest results of the season, and Frankfurt thoroughly deserved it.
19: Alastair Adams goal

This goal was scored by a sub gk playing as an outfielder. Yes, you read that right. Arbroath, who plays in the Scottish League One, had subbed on all their outfielders, so a goalkeeper needed to come on when an injury occurred. Alastair Adams, the sub gk, thought that this could be the only chance he could play outfield and score, so he did that. I scored a long shot in a game too, but not as a goalie and not like that.
18: Galatasaray 3-3 Man United
TNT Sports commentator Darren Fletcher described this game as 'schoolboy football'. As a school football player, I can confirm that this is true. Gala 3-3 Man United was an absolute thriller, in terms of the madness and comedy. Man United took a commanding 2-0 lead from goals by Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes. However, Andre Onana somehow didn't stop a free kick from Hakim Ziyech to gift Galatasaray a goal before half-time. In the second half, United scored again through Scott McTominay, before Onana made another blunder on another Hakim Ziyech free kick. Kerem Akturkoglu would later level it for Gala from a brilliant volley.
17: Dries Mertens volley

Dries Mertens will forever remain one of the game's most underrated ballers. His sweet volley struck directly from a corner shows why. Right into the back of the net. Sheesh.
16: Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen

Don't get me wrong, but Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen has been insane this season. Their first ever Bundesliga title campaign unbeaten, a full DFB Pokal campaign unbeaten, and nearly a Europa League campaign unbeaten. This team has arguably been the best Leverkusen side in the history of the club. (Maybe except for the side that played against Real Madrid in the 2002 UCL final). Xabi Alonso's key players were star boy and future superstar Florian Wirtz, who had 11 goals and 11 assists; striker Victor Boniface, who scored 14 and assisted 8; The electrifying full-back duo of Alejandro Grimaldo and Jeremie Frimpong, who scored a combined 19 goals (Grimaldo 10, Frimpong 9), and they share 20 assists between them (Grimaldo 13, Frimpong 7). That is some insane stats for FULL-BACKS. And finally, Granit Xhaka brought leadership and determination to the pitch, as well as the goal to win the DFB Pokal for Leverkusen. If Alonso stays for more years, then this team has some serious potential to dominate German and European football.
15: Oliver Giroud goalkeeper cameo
This season, AC Milan was forced to play Olivier Giroud as a goalkeeper against Genoa, in one of the craziest matches of the season. AC Milan seemed to have won the game in the 87th minute via Christian Pulisic's half-volley. However, late in stoppage time, Mike Maignan was shown a red card for a challenge on Genoa forward Ekuban. Milan has used all their substitutions, so they were forced to play an outfielder in goal. Olivier Giroud was the chosen man. In the following free kick, Albert Gudmundsson chose to roll the ball under the ball, but it took a deflection and smacked off the crossbar. In the following corner, Genoa goalkeeper Josep Martinez also got sent off (LOL). Fortunately, they had one substitution left, so they brought on goalkeeper Leali. Finally, Genoa had one last chance, and the epically named George Puscas charged onto the ball, but Giroud flapped the ball away and makes the save. And it was all over. Whew.
14: Rennes 4-5 Brest
It's crazy that Lyon 4-3 Brest isn't the best Ligue 1 game of the season; it wasn't even the best Brest game. Rennes 4-5 Brest just took chaos to another level. Rennes took a 2-0 lead when striker Arnaud Kalimuendo netted a quick-fire double. Brest's Steve Mounie immediately scored to halve the deficit. The action took a pause for the rest of the first half, but then it was on. Warmed Omari's own goal leveled the game for Brest before Martin Satriano's header completed the comeback. Brest then added another via Mahdi Camara's goal. Rennes rallied, and Arthur Theate hit a long shot to halve the deficit for Rennes before Martin Terrier levelled the game once again. There was time for one late twist. Deep in stoppage time, Brest defender Lilian Brassier headed in to give the team a 5-4 victory. Exhilarating huh?
13: Holstein Kiel's promotion
German club Holstein Kiel has been promoted to the Bundesliga for the first time in their history. This was an incredible achievement for a club that were battling relegation and mid-table most of the time. They finished the season on 68 points, 5 ahead of third-placed Dusseldorf. You might recognize some of the players in the Holstein squad. On-loan Dortmund left back Tom Rothe, former Bayern wonderkid Jann Fiete-Arp, and former Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby. Remember him? Well, here are some other footballers you may not know are also playing in a European second division.
12: Patrick Bamford volley vs Peterborough
Patrick Bamford, that is absolutely sensational. Video source: ESPN FC
Did you watch the Mertens volley? Now watch this one. Even better, huh? Patrick Bamford, a proper English striker. Even the Peterborough fans gave him a standing ovation. Goal at 1:00.
11: Man United 3-3 Coventry City (4-2 pens)
It was another one of those days for United. They nearly threw away a 3-0 lead. Manchester United were cruising through to the FA Cup final via goals from Mctominay, Harry Maguire, and Bruno Fernandes. However, Coventry pulled off the impossible. Ellis Simms pulled one back from a volley in the box, Callum O'Hare's shot took a deflection and flew past Onana, and Haji Wright buried a penalty into the back of the net. In extra time, Coventry nearly won it all, but Victor Torp's goal was disallowed for offside. United then won the penalty shootout after misses by O'Hare and Ben Sheaf, and Antony decided to cup his ears while Harry Maguire immediately went to shake hands with the Coventry players. That is the difference of class. Absolute heartbreak for Coventry. Just imagine them being in the final.
Tomorrow will be the finale of siuuuuu 100. The 10 very best moments of the season (according to siuuuuu Football) will be revealed tomorrow. Stay tuned, and I wish every goalkeeper in the world would score a goal like Alastair Adams'!
